Paintings

When I first started making my paintings they were a way for me to develop my ideas for our ceramics. I enjoy the challenge of painting and the way I can develop my own ideas through them. I love the vibrancy and mattness and flexibility of the gouache paint. Experimenting with brush strokes, opacity and lines adds another layer to my paintings which I can use when working on our ceramics.
